I got my eyebrows threaded and then I got henna tent on them by Enon. All staff were very polite and nice! 10/10 will be coming back!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here for years, but noticed a significant improvement after the recent change in management. The new manager, Shayma, and staff are so wonderful and attentive; they pay close attention & take pride in their work. They do a fantastic job each time and are very personable, friendly, and accommodating. They also did the cutest interior design upgrade and salon name change (Masa Salon). Been coming here for years off and on I Love my eyebrows and will be returning to get my hair styled. The dog scared me upon arrival, I was not expecting an animal to be present. However the lady quickly put the dog away and he was out of sight until my services was completed. Staff always nice this is actually my third time visiting since I moved back in the area and If they can silk press my hair as well, I will remain a forever customer. 3/28 Update:So I have gotten my hair blown out twice and my overall experience has been ok. The thing that will push me away is the price changing on my services. The lady who done my hair both times seems to find reasons why to add more charges. Originally (2/17) she told me $80 bucks due to thickness and how curly my hair is..I said ma’am,I am black so my hair natural state is curly. I also stated her website says $35 and She asked for a photo, I showed her she lowered the price to $40. Never have I ever been to a salon for a wash and style and then I am charged extra for curls. First time I paid $16 for brows, $40wash and style $15 for a trim. This time my total was $66 ( eyebrows $16 Hair $40 ) the lady said I was charged extra for curls 😒. Why wasn’t I charged for curls the first time? As much as I wanted to build a good relationship with this salon and find a permanent stylist, it’s safe to say I will be doing my own hair and will just stop in for brows and maybe not those if she goes any higher 5/1/24 I should have left when they said Maya was not here! The lady who did my brows was rude she acted as if she don’t care about how I like my brows. Hers were on point though! Destroyed my brows today!!!Maya please don’t leave someone who treats your customers poorly and who pretends not to speak English to run your business!! NO MORE CHANCES I WONT RETURN!

I’ve been going to May for eyebrow threading services for about 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. I love her so much I can have the bushiest eyebrows and be at a place that has an eyebrow salon and I will still not go in! I would rather wait until I can stop by and see May. She is always so sweet and kind. Yes, she can definitely be busy (proof that she does a great job) but if you don’t like waiting then make an appointment! I always walk in and get seen in about 15 min if she is with another customer. If it is going to be a longer wait, she will always communicate with you and let you know. All in all, best eyebrow threading services in Hilliard!
